Merry Christmas and happy holidays to those who celebrate the holidays! Today's quick post is a swatch of OPI Warm & Fozzie from their Muppets Collection. This is one of my favorites from the collection, that I knew I had to get. It's a warm brown copper with hints of gold and purple specks.
Thanks for stopping by and happy holidays again! :)

[Franken] Twisted Fantasy
Hello everyone! I hope you all are doing well. I'm doing so so... procrastinating from studying for my accounting final that's on Thursday, fml. I have no idea how to use the finance application on my TI 83 to find the bond issue price etc on it... and I can't seem to find anything (ie youtube videos or google links) that would help. What sucks is that the video with the guided example just tells you the input and the output but doesn't show you through an actual calculator. This whole semester and I haven't learned :X I knew I'd hate accounting from the start too.. :( Thankfully it's my last final of the semester... yep, since I go to a "public" college in NY, the school semester runs later than other colleges and universities in the country and NY area.
Anyways, last week or so, I wanted to make a franken since I purchased some base to use with glitters and mica powders, fyrinnaes, etc and wanted to give it a try. So here's my first end product that I'm excited about.
This was the first picture I took after I made it. This shows 2 coats with base and top coat as well. It's a darkened base with a slight blue shimmer, then I added a mixed blues eyeshadow glitters and silver holographic glitters into it and created Twisted Fantasy, I don't know why that name popped up but I just thought since it was dark yet I wanted something holographic with glitters that's what I got. :P You can't really see the mixed blue glitters (brand: Medusa Cosmetics) but I wish it showed a bit more. Sometimes you can see it here and there but the holographic glitters shine out more.
Despite it being winter, I did my nails again yesterday and found the perfect timing when there was some sunlight coming through my window. This time I layered it over black, to save on the polish since I used the last bits of the fyrinnae to create this. The following pictures are the results, which makes me proud of my franken! :) On another positive note, I FINALLY FOUND THE FOREVER21 HELLO KITTY RING!! Which makes it debut on my blog. An the fuzzy fuchsia is my Lotso bear the bf got from the Disney Store for me! :)
Thanks for stopping by! Happy polishing and happy holidays! :)

Da Bush or Mine
Hello everyone! Today's post features 2 Essie polishes, like the previous SaQu post, I got these also at the fair - 3 for $10! Sweet deal haha♥ But the bad thing was that there was a little selection and most of the colors didn't have stickers and were neutral and pale pinks.
This is Essie Da Bush which is a light pale green creme and it's shown in 2 coats. =) I looove the color and it looks better IRL, its just that my camera sucks lol.
Essie Your Hut or Mine is a strawberry pink with silver shimmer and it's shown in 2 coats as well. :)
Thanks for stopping by and happy polishing! :)

Sin-cerely Violet
Hello there! Today's post is a swatch of Sephora by OPI Sin-cerely Violet, which is a light violet purple frost and it's shown in 3 coats. It's an adorable and sweet color that applies beautifully. I love that it's not too flashy and simple. :)
Thanks for stopping by, and happy polishing! :)

Two-fer! #635 & #797
Hello everyone! Today's post is a two-fer! I got these two polishes at an Italian fair in Manhattan, which occurs every year in September and there's one in Brooklyn as well but they don't have a cosmetics tent :P So I got these two SaQu polishes to show you.
SaQu #635 is a sheer light cornflower blue with orange-red-pink shimmer, which is shown in 3 coats. I love the color in the bottle but it came out so sheer :(
Here is #635 layered over China Glaze Shower Together and China Glaze First Mate. It does look WAY better layered and it's definitely meant for that haha!
SaQu #797 is a light coffee brown frost with rose pink shimmer and this is shown in 4 coats O__O. It's a cute color and it reminds me of Misa Teddy Bear that I had a LOONG time ago. :P If I still had Teddy Bear, I'd probably do a comparison.

Suzi Loves Cowboys!
Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing swell! :) Today's post will display a swatch of OPI Suzi Loves Cowboys, which is a brown creme. I've been looking for a good brown that I would be able to use for my cherry blossom nails, which I attempted a while back. I kept this in case I ever want to re-create or work on my nail art technique in cherry blossoms in the future. It's a nice full brown color too. This is shown in two easy coats. :P

Memories of You.....
Hi everyone, sorry for the late post! >__< I hope you all are doing swell, I know it's been a while since I've last posted. I have done a few swatches for you guys, hopefully I'll be able to resize them sometime when I'm available. And I haven't felt like doing my nails since my nails were breaking and they're on the short side. I'm hoping it'll grow out soon.
Today's post is something I created because this day is a day to remember for me since today was the passing of my aunt. I've cried and cried but I wanted something that would allow me to remember her while still doing something I love, nail polish. My aunt was like my second mother and she treated me like her own daughter. Her daughter, my cousin, is a few months older than me but I feel like we're sisters and we're the closest family member in our entire family. I will always remember the late nights/early mornings that she would wake up and tuck my cousin and I in whenever I slept over at my grandma's house whenever they visited. I will remember the times in Atlanta when she would give me more medicine to take because of my coughing. My aunt and my two cousins were the only family members living in Atlanta while the rest of my family is in the Northeast. So whenever she came, our entire family would come together and she was the piece that connected my entire family together. Without her, our families lived their own lives in different homes. What hurts is that I can't be by my cousin's side, since she's in Atlanta and I'm here in New York. However, my parents are there so I hope she feels a part of me being with her in them. It hurts to see my aunt go, but I know that she isn't suffering as she was during her time here, since she had to battle throat cancer twice. I'm sad that she is no longer with us but I know she's in a better place watching down on my cousin, her brother and the rest of my family, smiling down and taking care of us.
With this, I decided that I wanted to create a nail polish of some that are precious to me, to remind me of her. And I named it Memories of You. Gu Gu, (this is what I call her in Chinese), this is for you and I hope you like it. I love and miss you♥ You'll always be in my heart.
I've layered 2 coats of Memories of You on top of 2 coats of Essie Licorice for this manicure.
Memories of You is a franken which consists of:

I've layered 2 coats of Memories of You on top of 2 coats of Essie Licorice for this manicure.
Memories of You is a franken which consists of:
• Wet N Wild Clear
• Essie Licorice
• Clarins 230 (a little bit)
• China Glaze Bermuda Breakaway
• OPI Movin' Out
• Star Gazer 308
• Cult Nails Unicorn Puke
Unicorn Puke, Movin' Out, Bermuda Breakaway and Essie Licorice were the main components of this franken.
I love the results of this franken and this is definitely a great reminder of my aunt. The multicolored flakies represents the memories and happiness of my aunt and the dark base represents the sadness of losing my aunt.
I hope you love this polish as much as I do.

Pegasus
Hello everyone! I'm excited for today's post because I've been wanting this polish for a while ever since I saw it on Tumblr and when it sold out, I would get so frustrated. But I was lucky to grab it as soon as I can when she restocked on it. Yes it's Nicole from Nailing It and her Hare polish! I have a total of 4 but I believe this is the first one I'm showing, LOL. I'll swatch the others later and post them up eventually... I wanted to post them together but my camera can't pick up the color for one of them so that's why it's been pushed back for so long.
Here is Pegasus of Hare Polish, isn't it a DREAM?!♥ So beautiful and adorable heh :). When I think of Pegasus, I think of the horse in Hercules the cartoon. :P Pegasus is a light lilac purple creme with silver hexagon and small round silver glitters. This is shown in 3 coats but you could use 2, I just had some uneven application lol. I love this polish to death and I'm so glad I made it home in time for them to get onto Etsy. I should've gotten another one so I could use that for a giveaway, but perhaps in the future! :D
Thanks for stopping by and happy polishing! :)

Star Gazer 307
Hello everyone! Following yesterday's post on Star Gazer 308, I'll continue about my eBay purchase that I wanted to get after see Nihrida's haul post on these two polishes and a few others also.
Star Gazer 307 is a darkened base with a purple, yellow, green multichrome shimmer and it is shown in 3 coats and 1 layer of tc. This is beauuutiful polish, and I think it is most similar to MAC Mean & Green or Orly Space Cadet. Enjoy the picture yummyness :)

Star Gazer 308
Hello everyone! Hope you all are having a good week so far. Today's post is on one of the two polishes that I purchased off eBay as soon as I saw Nihrida post about her haul with them. The price wasn't so bad either, it was $8 for both polishes :).
This one is Star Gazer 308 which is a darkened black base with purple shimmer and it is shown in 2 coats with 1 layer of tc. I love the color and the "duochrome" in this polish isn't noticeable much on the nails as you can slightly see in the bottle. Nonetheless, a great color and there's probably similar polishes to this one though. You can kind of see the duochrome in the bottles in the first and last pictures.
Thanks for stopping by and happy polishing! :)

Blue Satin Layering
Hello everyone! I know it's been a long time since I've last posted about my nails, I admit it was really hard to balance 2 jobs and school. I've recently quit my first job (kept my second) because the hours were too little and I was earning more at my second job. So now I have two days a week to have my nails whatever color I like, but the rest of the days, I'll be in "neutral adult" colors for my job. It's retail and it's a bit higher end so they want it to be more professional, but whatever! I still love all my nail polish colors♥ especially my BLUES AND GREENS!
So this is the mani. I'm currently sporting until tomorrow night, before I have to take them off for work. I received on my birthday Chanel Blue Satin and Chanel Peridot. The funny thing is that I already bought Peridot and when he saw them on my nails, he thought to himself, shit... lol. But thankfully he still has the receipt so I can exchange it for another Chanel polish. But nonetheless the thought was sweet. :) He knows what colors look good and he has good taste as well haha.
I used one coat of Chanel Blue Satin on my nails and it's definitely a one coater! :) It's a dark sapphire blue with a hint of blue shimmer. You don't see it much in real life but you definitely see it in the bottle -__-. But I felt it was a bit vampy for me so I layered it with CND Sapphire Sparkle and my bf loved it as much as I did. The other two photos were taken outside even though it was cold, it was sunny so I thought it was perfect to show them off. And the best thing about taking them outside was that you see the blue to purple shift of Sapphire Sparkle!♥♥
Thanks for stopping by and happy polishing! :)

[review] Cult Nails Get It On & Wicked Fast
Hello everyone! So I know I haven't posted much about nails and my current nails but here's something that I just received yesterday and I'm already raving about it. You might ask why I'm raving about it even though I've only used it for a day? Well, the day before yesterday (Thursday) I did my nails, Essie Ballet Slippers layered with Essie Happily Ever After on top - I used Orly Bonder as my base coat and Revlon Quick Dry Top Coat as well, my top coat. And after I was done, I noticed bubbles on my nails and began chipping the next day at work. So I received both Cult Nails Get It On and Wicked Fast that next day (Friday), and I'm re-doing the same manicure, except this time, it dried WITHOUT BUBBLES. It is the same exact environment that I've done my nails as Thursday and no bubbles. That's why I'm raving about it. But I'll do a thorough review of both products as I continue to use them and state my opinion.
I also like the fact that it is cheaper than Maria's normal polishes, because we, nail polish lovers and bloggers, tend to use these more often than the polishes in our collection.

Hello there! Don't worry today's the last post about Kleancolor for now! :P Today's post is Kleancolor City Never Sleeps, which is a light black jelly base with small blue round glitters, gold and purple hex glitters. I layered 2 coats of City Never Sleeps over 1 layer of Zoya Raven.

Chunky Holo Scarlet
Hello there! I hope you aren't getting tired of seeing Kleancolor, but I do have 2 more to show you so please bear with me and it will be worth while after seeing these posts! :P Today's post is about Kleancolor Chunky Holo Scarlet which is a black jelly base with 'holo' glitter. It's not 'holo' at all in my opinion because it only displays one color, red/scarlet LOL. But still I like it and I layered it over 1 coat of Zoya Raven.
I hope you all enjoyed & happy polishing :)

Chunky Holo Fuchsia
Hello =) Today's post will be about Kleancolor Chunky Holo Fuchsia, which is a fuchsia/red-purple jelly base with 'holo' glitter that displays red, red-orange, orange and a little bit of yellow-green in the glitter. I've layered 2 coats of Chunky Holo Fuchsia over 1 coat of OPI Diva Of Geneva. I do like this color combination, and Diva of Geneva was the closest I was able to get to the color base of Chunky Holo Fuchsia, even though I was far from it. But I do like them together because you can still see Diva of Geneva and it's awesome color through Chunky Holo Fuchsia as well. :)
I hope you enjoyed & happy polishing :)

Hello everyone! :) Today's mani. post will be Kleancolor Chunky Holo Bluebell, which is made up of a blue jelly base with round glitters that display hints of red/red-orange, orange, yellow-green and green. You can kind of see at the edges of the nail the yellow-green and green as well. I layered 2 coats of Chunky Holo Bluebell on top of OPI Dating A Royal.
I hope you enjoyed & happy polishing :)

Chunky Holo Black
Hello hello :) I hope everyone is doing great! Today's post is Kleancolor Chunky Holo Black. I've been looking at blogs with Kleancolor and I've wanted to try them so I finally ordered some to try. This is 2 coats of Chunky Holo Black over Zoya Raven which is my favorite go to black creme. Chunky Holo Black is a black jelly base with orange and green round and hex glitters. The name does include 'Holo' but it isn't holo... lol. This polish reminds me of Sally Hansen's Hidden Treasure in terms of color but it's different obviously because Chunky Holo Black contains glitter and Hidden Treasure is flakies.
PS - I hope you like my background flower sticker, while I was in Atlanta my cousin had this wall decal in her room and she had an extra one so she gave it to me! :) Here's a full picture of how I have it in my room
I hope you enjoyed & happy polishing :)

#61, You're up!
Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend and I'll start off the new week with something awesome. It's Nfu Oh 61, which many of you know that it's one of the amazing holos! Recently FabulouStreet restocked on Nfu Oh 61 and it's Aqua Base for holo polishes so I immediately ordered mine. I believe there is a formula change because it isn't as holo as I've seen from other blogs a while back - which you can tell from the first picture.
I used Gosh Fix Base Coat and then 2 layers of Nfu Oh 61. I added top coat only to my ring and pinky finger. And you can kind of tell the difference with and without top coat.
For this picture, I took the picture under my stove light which shows just about the same holo I've seen from other blog posts a while back.
I'm content with Nfu Oh 61, but I wish it was the older formula. Don't take my words as the truth because I'm not sure if they did have some formula change but that's just from my opinion. I do not own the older Nfu Oh 61 so I can't tell you if there is a formula change or not.
-hint hint- I have a brand new bottle prepared for my coming giveaway which will be posted hopefully by the end of this week or by early next week. :)
Hope you enjoyed and happy polishing! :)
