My Favorite: Dots

I did these when my nails were long, which was a while ago. I haven't gotten around to posting these and other swatches because there are more important updates haha. :)

Again, design credits to Pan; I think I really like doing this when I don't feel creative. :P

The base for my ring finger is Essie Playa Del Platinum (2 coats), which I finally got my hands on and I love it. The dots are Essie Splash of Grenadine, OPI Alpine Snow and OPI You're Such A Kabuki Queen. I used a dotting tool to make the dots :)

The other nails are Essie Splash of Grenadine (2 coats).

we can do this! 5 more followers ;) until giveaway♥
hope you enjoyed,

  1. Tara: Thanks! I've been wanting them for a while and when I tried out a new beauty supply store, they had a lot of the recent collections at a discounted price, so I grabbed a few bottles :)

  3. hiitscaila: Thanks and that's awesome! I love getting good quality nail polishes for cheaper, hehe :)

Lacquer Obsession: Thank you! :) Have you tried it? It's pretty easy and cute, except that sometimes they don't match each other; one would be more curved than the other haha. :P

  5. Katrina: Thanks! :) I was thinking of doing a lighter pink but it wouldn't have went well with the purple haha.

  6. thanks :D, the pink/purple looks great on you (:
and the reason my nails get so long is cause i absolutely hate cutting and/or filing them so i usually them get pretty long before i actually do it & the edges are curving a lot so that usually means i should file them down :x

  7. I love those dots! I like how you made that look three-dimensional with the layered colors too. I think I might try this sometime.

  8. Kathy: Thanks! Yeah it wouldn't be possible for me since my nails are naturally weak and brittle (thanks mom! lol) so they don't get to grow very long and when they do, they tear on the end of my nail bed at the edge. :\

  9. ABOP: Thanks! Haha, I didn't even notice :P I usually just randomly dot away until I'm satisfied. I like doing this with different colors to see what comes out nice and stuff. It's very pretty too!
